These coconuts are then broken and the copra (flesh) is sun dried. Normally chemicals are used to speed up the drying process. However, in KSP Gold Superior Quality coconut oil manufacture, the coconut copra is not dried using chemicals.
Coconut copra is sun dried and if required(based on climatic conditions) it is dried using heated air kiln dryer, thus moisture is reduced to minimum
The next step involves extraction of the oil. While making coconut oil, extraction is done only through mechanical means. Chemicals (solvents) are not used for this purpose.
